How members log in
Members sign in with their phone number and a one-time code — no passwords.
Members don't use passwords. They sign in on your public booking site with their phone number and a one-time code (OTP).
The member login flow
- The member opens
courtbook.org/your-cluband chooses to log in. - They enter their phone number.
- They receive a one-time code (OTP) by SMS.
- They enter the code and they're in — ready to book.
What you need to know
- The member's phone number must already exist on a member record in your club.
- OTP delivery uses SMS. In production this requires SMS to be configured for your deployment; otherwise a fallback code is used for testing.
- Members can update their own profile (like their name) after logging in.
Members never reach your dashboard. Their phone login only works on your public booking site. Your staff use a completely separate email/username + password login.
