Booking for family (dependents)

Members can add family members and book courts on their behalf.

Members can add dependents — family members such as a spouse or children — and book courts for them. It's handy for families who share a single membership.

How it works

  1. A member opens My Profile on your club's booking site and uses the Family / Dependents card to add a dependent: their name and relationship, and optionally a phone or email. Each dependent has an "allowed to book" switch.
  2. When the member books a court, a "Booking for" option lets them choose themselves or one of their dependents. The reservation then shows the dependent's name.

Dependent bookings count against the member's own booking limits — a dependent doesn't get a separate allowance. There's nothing for you to switch on; members can use this right away.

If a member sets a dependent to not allowed to book, that family member won't appear in the "Booking for" list.
