Corporate & organization memberships
Group members under a company or institution that shares a seat cap and a single membership tier.
Organizations let you sell one membership to a company, institution, or group instead of to each person individually — for example a corporate wellness account with 20 seats, or a school that books under one institutional plan. Everyone you add to an organization shares the same membership tier and counts against a single seat cap. Manage them in Organizations.
Organizations are optional and off by default. Your club has none until you create one, and nothing about your existing members changes until you add them to one.
Create an organization
Go to Organizations → Add organization and set:
- Name (e.g. Acme Corp) — must be unique within your club.
- Seat cap — the maximum number of members allowed in this organization. You can change it later, but not below the number of seats already filled.
- Membership tier (optional) — a membership category that everyone in the organization should share. Leave it blank to keep members on their own tier.
- Contact details (optional) — a contact name, email, and phone for the company or institution, plus a description for your own reference.
- Active — switch an organization off without deleting it.
Add members to an organization
Open an organization and use Manage members to add anyone from your club's member list, up to the seat cap. When you add a member:
- They're linked to the organization, and
- If the organization has a membership tier, that tier is applied to them automatically — so their pricing, validity, booking rules, and court access all follow the organization's plan.
When the organization is full, adding another member is blocked until you remove someone or raise the seat cap, so a corporate block can never be over-filled. Removing a member unlinks them and frees their seat; they keep whatever tier they currently have (it isn't reset).
Change the shared tier
If you change an organization's membership tier, every linked member moves to the new tier together — you don't have to update them one by one. That makes it easy to upgrade or re-price a whole corporate account at once.
Delete an organization
Deleting an organization removes the grouping but keeps its members — each person stays a valid member on their current tier and simply no longer belongs to an organization. Their bookings are never affected.
Charging the organization for its seats (corporate invoicing) arrives with the payments phase. For now, organizations handle the membership and seat management; collect payment offline.
