Quick answers to the most common questions from club admins.
Do members need an app?
No. Members use your booking site in any web browser at courtbook.org/your-club. There's
nothing to download.
How do members log in?
With their phone number and a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS. No passwords. Their phone number must be on a member record in your club.
Can I change my club's web address (slug)?
It's best to choose carefully at signup, as the address is part of every link your members use. Contact support if you genuinely need it changed.
Why can't I add another court / member / sport?
You've likely hit your plan limit. Check Billing and upgrade to raise the cap. See Plans & limits.
A member says a slot is missing — why?
Check that the court is active, your operating hours cover that time, there's no court block, and the date is within your advance booking window.
Can staff have their own logins?
Yes. The Owner creates staff logins with custom roles, and can scope coordinators to specific sports. See Your team.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your booking site pauses until you subscribe, but you can still sign in to Billing to renew. Nothing is deleted. See Free trial & payments.
Can I cancel a booking after the deadline?
Members can't, but you can — admins can cancel any booking from the dashboard at any time.
Is my members' data private?
Yes. Each club's data is isolated — you only ever see your own club's members and bookings.
