How your trial works, paying with Razorpay, and what happens if your plan lapses.
Your free trial
Every new club starts with a 14-day free trial — full access, no payment required. You'll see your trial status in Billing.
Paying & upgrading
When you're ready, subscribe or upgrade from the Billing page. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, and more). Once payment succeeds, your plan and higher limits apply right away.
If your plan lapses
If your trial ends or a subscription expires without renewal:
- Your public booking site pauses — members can't make new bookings until you renew.
- You can still sign in to the dashboard, but you'll be guided straight to Billing to renew. This is a deliberate "grace login" so you can always get back in and pay.
- Cancelling existing bookings stays possible.
As soon as your payment clears, everything is restored — no data is lost.
Renew to reopen. The fastest way to bring your booking site back is to complete payment on the Billing page. Access is restored immediately after.
