Manage your password and keep your club account secure.
Changing your password
From the dashboard, open your account settings to change your password at any time. Staff created by the Owner are required to set their own password on first login.
Keeping your club secure
- Use a strong, unique password for your owner account — it has full access.
- Give staff their own logins instead of sharing yours, so you can see who did what and revoke access cleanly. See Staff & logins.
- Deactivate staff who leave — it blocks them instantly.
- Grant the least access needed with roles & permissions.
Good to know
- Sessions are signed and time-limited; signing out or being deactivated ends access.
- Members and staff use entirely separate login systems, so a member can never reach admin areas.
