Managing members

Add, edit, and organise the members who are allowed to book.

Members are the people allowed to book at your club. Manage them in Members.

Add a member

Click Add member and fill in:

  • Name (required)
  • Phone number — used for login; must be a valid 10-digit number and unique within your club
  • Membership number, member type, and status (optional)
  • Email and other details (optional)

Member types

Every member has a type (default ordinary). Use types to label groups — e.g. ordinary, premium, senior. They help you organise and filter members.

Member status

  • Active — can log in and book
  • Inactive / suspended / expired — kept on file but blocked from booking

Editing & removing

Open any member to edit their details or change their status. You can also delete a member if needed. Your plan caps the total number of members — see Plans & limits.

Phone numbers must be unique within your club, because members log in by phone. If you get a "phone already exists" message, that number is already on another member.
