Dashboard tour
A quick map of every section in your admin dashboard.
Your dashboard lives at courtbook.org/dashboard. Here's what each section does.
The main sections
- Overview — a snapshot of today's bookings and your club's health.
- Sports — the activities you offer (tennis, badminton, etc.). Courts belong to sports.
- Courts — the individual courts members can book, with pricing and status.
- Bookings — view, create, or cancel any booking; block courts for maintenance.
- Members — add, edit, import, and search your members.
- Analytics — booking trends, busy times, and usage.
- Settings — club profile, branding, operating hours, and booking rules.
- Team — create staff logins and control what each person can do.
- Billing — your current plan, limits, and payments.
What you see depends on your role
If you're the Owner you see everything. Staff members only see the sections their permissions allow — for example, a court coordinator might only see Bookings. See Roles & permissions for details.
Tip: Most setup happens once in Settings and Sports/Courts. Day-to-day, you'll mostly live in Bookings and Members.
