What is CourtBook?
How the public booking site and your admin dashboard work together.
CourtBook has two sides that work together:
1. Your public booking site
This is what your members see, at courtbook.org/your-club. It carries your club's
name, logo, and colours. Members visit it to:
- Browse your courts and available time slots
- Sign in with their phone number and a one-time code (OTP)
- Book, view, and cancel their bookings
You don't build this — it's generated automatically from your settings.
2. Your dashboard
This is your private control panel at courtbook.org/dashboard. You and your staff sign
in with an email (or username) and password. From here you manage:
- Sports & courts — what can be booked
- Operating hours & booking rules — when and how members can book
- Members — who's allowed to book
- Bookings — see, create, or cancel any booking
- Team — staff logins and their permissions
- Billing — your plan and payments
Who logs in where
| Person | Where they log in | How |
|---|---|---|
| You & your staff | /dashboard | Email or username + password |
| Your members | courtbook.org/your-club | Phone number + one-time code (OTP) |
The two systems are completely separate. A member can never reach your dashboard, and staff logins don't work on the member site.
