Create your club

Sign up, verify your email, pick your web address, and start your free trial.

Setting up a new club takes a couple of minutes.

1. Sign up

Go to courtbook.org/signup and enter:

  • Club name — e.g. "Malabar Hill Club"
  • Web address (slug) — the last part of your public link, e.g. malabar-hill gives you courtbook.org/malabar-hill
  • Your name, email, and a password — this becomes the owner account

Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no payment needed to begin.

Choosing a good web address

  • Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens (e.g. green-valley-sports)
  • Keep it short and memorable — members will see it
  • It can't be changed easily later, so pick carefully

2. Verify your email

To keep accounts secure, we email you a 6-digit code as soon as you sign up. Enter it on the verification screen to activate your account and continue.

  • The code usually arrives within a minute — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
  • It expires after 10 minutes; use Resend code to get a fresh one.
  • You can't sign in until your email is verified, so be sure to use an address you can access.

3. Run the setup wizard

After signing up you'll be guided through a short onboarding wizard that helps you add your first sport, court, and operating hours so your booking site works right away. You can change anything later from the dashboard.

4. You're in

You'll land on your dashboard. From here, head to Set up your club to add your branding, the rest of your courts, and your booking rules.

Owner account. The person who signs up is the Owner and has full access. You can add more staff with their own logins later — see Your team.
