CourtBook Docs

Sports & courts

Add the activities you offer and the individual courts members can book.

In CourtBook, courts belong to sports. So you add a sport first, then add courts under it.

1. Add your sports

Go to Sports → Add sport and create each activity you offer — for example Tennis, Badminton, or Pickleball. Your plan sets how many sports you can have (see Plans & limits).

2. Add courts

Go to Courts → Add court. For each court set:

  • Name — e.g. "Court 1" or "Clay Court A"
  • Sport — which activity it belongs to
  • Price — the booking price, if you charge (optional)
  • Status — active courts are bookable; set inactive to hide one temporarily

How it appears to members

On your booking site, members pick a sport, then a court, then an available time slot. Only active courts under a sport with valid operating hours show up.

Temporarily closing a court? For a one-off closure (maintenance, an event), don't make the court inactive — use a court block instead, so it only closes for the dates you choose.
